Our commitment to employee engagement and culture is at the forefront of what we do. We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team, specifically to support our automation side of the business.
- Develop and maintain timelines for tracking customer programs.
- Act as the primary liaison between the external customer and internal resources to address any questions pertaining to assigned projects.
- Provide resolution for any roadblocks threatening the success of assigned projects.
- Manage project budgets (material and labor) and elevate any overages to upper management.
- Create and maintain project Open Issues List through final customer approval of project.
- Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Analyze program risks and elevate discoveries to management.
- Have proven experience in program management.
- Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering related field or equivalent experience.

Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year
