The General Manager will work directly alongside company ownership to lead the overall operations, financial performance, customer relationships, and strategic direction of the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Operations Leadership- Lead the day-to-day operations across all service divisions, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.
- Build, improve, and standardize operational processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, equipment management, vendor relationships, and project execution.
- Partner with ownership to develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Drive initiatives that support company growth and long-term success.
- Analyze key performance metrics and implement data‑driven improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer relationships.
- Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and competitive bids.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Oversee company financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, payroll coordination, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
- Monitor operating performance and ensure healthy profit margins.
- Collaborate with ownership on forecasting and financial planning.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, facilities management, construction, building services, or a related industry.
- Proven experience leading multiple teams and managing large‑scale operations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
