Vetco Clinic Lead

Field Team Lead – Vaccination Clinics oversees the daily operations of field clinics, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with company standards.

• Supervise and provide functional direction to field team members.
• Operate company vehicles safely to and from clinic locations.
• Perform or coach all clinic team roles as needed.
• Manage clinic processes, including paperwork, revenue handling, and equipment loading/unloading.
• Communicate effectively with customers, store management, and leadership to resolve difficult situations.
• Ensure clinic environments are clean and safe, and that all supplies are restocked at end of shift.
• Facilitate sales discussions and offer appropriate discounts during clinics.
• Prepare and present report cards, site reports, and financial receipts to Market Managers.
• Reconcile equipment, supplies, and revenues at the end of each clinic.
• Escalate clinic issues to Market Manager, Store Manager, or Vetco Customer Service when required.
• Coordinate crowd management, pet waste cleanup, and disruptive pet incidents.
• Assist in training new partners in compliance with the training plan.
• Maintain accurate completion of all required paperwork and checklists.
• Participate in company- and sponsor-facilitated training on products, services, and policies.

• Ability to perform and coach all clinic team roles.
• Outstanding customer service skills and aptitude for basic sales techniques.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Leadership qualities and/or prior experience.
• Experience operating company vehicles and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable handling and restraining animals in accordance with company policy.
• Existing partners applying must be in good standing.

Indoor work with frequent passenger vehicle travel; overnight travel may be required in some locations. The role involves bending, kneeling, moving equipment up to 40 lbs, and standing for extended periods, with associated injury risks.
