Branch Manager Salary: $55,000-$65,000 + Bonus Program

We are on the hunt for a Branch Manager for our Lansing location. In this role, you’ll develop and lead a growing team of talented technicians. The ideal Branch Manager candidate will have ample experience leading and coaching a team and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches. The perfect candidate will hold the bar high when it comes to customer service standards and be capable of motivating others to achieve greatness.

To succeed in this role, you must be detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, can multi‑task and prioritize, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
