**** What You Will do in This Role:**
* * Independently manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.*
* * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing comprehensive project plans that encompass all necessary activities, resources, and timelines.*
* * Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules, risk registers, and budgets, utilizing defined project management techniques and tools.*
* * Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.*
* * Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.*
* * Develop and implement resource management plans, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of project resources.*
* * Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.*
* * Manage dependencies between project tasks and activities, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion.*

*** Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in material handling industry.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
* Strong Project Management background.
* Team leadership and facilitation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects.
