* The
** Continuous Improvement Project Manager
** is responsible for managing multiple projects or programs. Responsibilities include direction of Project Managers as part of a larger program and deliverables for optimization services delivery for multiple projects. This includes the managing of project timelines, financial management, scope management, relationship management and leadership for project teams. The Project Manager will also deliver on one or more customer projects at a time.
This Project Manager will help drive methodology review and optimization.
An mid-career role within Continuous Improvement Delivery. Main responsibilities include project/program oversight, relationship management and sales enablement. Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer reference ability.

* + Directs a team of Engagement Owners with expertise in project management to meet or exceed established goals for large programs.
** Key focus areas, financial management and communication for direct reports include:*
* + Drives and leads project work. Manages customer relationship, timeline, financial management, risk management and communication for a single or more optimization projects.
+ Contributes to continuous development and enhancement of the Engagement Owner role and optimization services delivery to improve the customer experience and reduce the Oracle Health and customer burden to complete the work.
+ Collaborates with senior management, department leaders and other internal and client stakeholders to complete other duties including generating communications, creating presentations, planning meetings and participating in process improvement initiatives.

* Qualifications:
*
* + 5-6 years of experience relevant to this position, including 1 year or greater of project or program oversite of large complex programs.
+ Demonstrated ability to follow project management principles established methodology and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity with little required escalations.
+ Demonstrated history of setting and achieving goals as part of a consulting project.
+ Comfortable working in a matrix management environment.
+ Solid working knowledge of the product, AI technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus.
+ Selling skills preferred.
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
+ Ability to travel as needed

Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
