Civic Empowerment Coalition is hiring a Regional Field Manager to lead voter engagement across Calhoun, Eaton, Ingham, Livingston, and Shiawassee Counties in Central Michigan. The role oversees field operations and supports teams working with Latino, Black, and BIPOC rural communities.
You will recruit and train organizers, coordinate canvassing and registration efforts, build relationships with community partners, manage field data, and report outcomes.
