The Michigan Democratic Party is seeking an experienced Regional Organizing Director to own the Out of State Organizing lane for the 2026 Coordinated Campaign. You will lead a team of Organizers and Fellows, coach volunteers, and drive the statewide organizing strategy to increase turnout.
You will recruit, onboard, train, and manage staff and volunteers, coordinate with partner groups, and build systems to ensure data integrity and accountability across time zones.
