Job Description
Position: Clinical Supervisor – Adult Mental Health (ACT Program)
Location: Southgate, MI
Schedule: Full-Time | Days (Mon–Sat with flexibility)
Salary: $36.31 – $49.13/hour (based on experience & licensure) + Benefits
Schedule Details- Mon–Thurs: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (as needed)
- On-call and evenings/weekends based on program needs
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor (LMSW) to lead an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team serving adults with serious mental illness. This role combines clinical leadership, program oversight, and direct client care
.
- Oversee administrative and clinical operations of the ACT program
- Supervise multidisciplinary team (advocates, nurses, peer specialists)
- Ensure adherence to ACT fidelity standards
- Provide direct clinical services to clients
- Manage crisis response and after-hours support as needed
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders
- Track outcomes, documentation, and program performance
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Active Michigan LMSW (FULL license – REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2+ years experience with adults with serious mental illness
- Strong clinical, leadership, and crisis management skills
- Must obtain QMHP status within 120 days
- Must pursue CAADC certification (or approved development plan within 30 days)
- Must later obtain CCS credential
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- ACT team experience
- Community mental health background
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience with co-occurring substance use disorders
