As an Outpatient CDI Outsourcing Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The Outpatient CDI Outsourcing Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end leadership and performance of outsourced outpatient CDI engagements, including both supplemental and fully outsourced programs. This role ensures delivery of high‑quality, compliant, and efficient outpatient CDI services while supporting consulting revenue objectives and maintaining strong vendor and client relationships.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, people leadership, vendor management, and deep outpatient CDI expertise.

• Provide overall operational leadership for assigned outsourced outpatient CDI engagements (supplemental and total outsource).
• Partner with Consulting Services to support revenue goals and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for performance, quality, and vendor‑related issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contracted vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure outpatient CDI operations meet or exceed quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets.
• Continuously monitor operational metrics, trends, and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans for performance gaps or compliance concerns.
• Ensure adherence to ICD‑10‑CM/CPT guidelines, APC methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

• Directly lead and supervise assigned outpatient CDI staff.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, training, and performance feedback to support professional growth.
