Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support dimensional quality activities within the body shop and manufacturing environment.

• Execute dimensional analysis, validation, and optimization for body structures
• Apply GD&T and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles
• Maintain and improve existing dimensional control plans
• Perform PFMEA related to dimensional deviations (training provided)
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Design, and Quality teams to resolve issues
• Review defect data, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement
• Participate in daily quality and safety meetings

• 4–5+ years of dimensional or manufacturing quality experience
• Strong understanding of GD&T and measurement systems
• Experience with DFM
  , PFMEA
  , and cross-functional collaboration

• Experience with Poly Works (training provided)
• Automotive or body shop environment experience

• M–F, 1st shift (6:00am–4:30pm)
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation)
• Onsite only
