Production Associate, Utility IV - Fast-Paced Ops

Job Overview

Production Associate – Utility IV (Rental Division, Cintas). This role performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging materials and garments for loading, and performing other production tasks at level four or below as needed to support the business. The work area and responsibilities can change daily to cover employee absences or vacations.

Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality.

• Perform production jobs directed by the shift supervisor.
• Participate in loading or unloading trucks.
• Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
• Fill in for other employees during vacations or absences.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and meet quantity and quality standards.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age.
• Adhere to the attendance policy.
• Comfortable working in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Experienced in fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environments with time pressure.
• Willing to handle materials that may be soiled and have strong odors, using protective equipment as required.
• Stand for most of the shift.
• Perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Lift and move materials for most of the shift.
• Display a strong work ethic, dependability, teamwork, safety orientation, adaptability, integrity, attention to detail, and stress tolerance.

The tryout provides a realistic job preview to better understand the work environment and performance expectations. Candidates will be compensated for their time during the job tryout.
