Assembler Associate
Minutemen Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembler Associates for a company specializing in sandal production.
Shift:1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required on Fridays
Job Duties:- Manufacture sandal components in a production environment
- Repair and resole outsoles, straps, and buckles
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Weekly pay
- Steady, full-time hours
- Opportunity for overtime
