General Labor - Meat Packaging

Shift: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (1st shift, Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays). Hourly rate: $17.50 an hour (plus $0.50 raise after 90 days). Pay weekly. Benefits start day one.

Location:

23 Mile Rd. and Hayes, Macomb, MI.

• De‑linking cooked sausage
• Bulk sausage packaging
• Hand‑packing cases
• Palletizing/labeling finished product
• Follow Quality Assurance standards to ensure a safe food product
• Participate in safety teams and be engaged in safety practices
• Develop improvement processes and efficiencies for our production lines
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork

• Work in a cold environment (40‑45 °F)
• Repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs
• Wear required personal protective equipment and safety footwear
• Most tasks require bending, lifting, and reaching
• Stand for long periods of time
• Reliable attendance
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience
