About the RoleWe’re hiring a Haul Truck Driver to safely and efficiently operate a haul truck at our sand and gravel operations. This role supports production by transporting material, assisting with site maintenance, and contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of plant operations.
What You’ll Do- Safely operate a 30‑ton haul truck to transport stone to the production plant
- Assist with routine plant maintenance, including greasing, cleaning, and inspections
- Complete inspection and maintenance reports as required
- Operate other equipment across the site as needed
- Support general plant upkeep, repairs, and site clean‑up
- Follow all safety protocols and MSHA regulations
- Maintain regular in‑person attendance
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Ability to safely climb and descend ladders and navigate site facilities
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Dependability, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of work experience; construction‑related experience preferred
