Job Summary Growing automotive manufacturing company is seeking an Entry Level Process Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations, process improvements, and production performance initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who is highly analytical, organized, and interested in developing hands-on manufacturing experience.
The selected candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support operational efficiency, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support daily production and manufacturing activities
Analyze production data, downtime, scrap, and operational trends
Create and maintain reports, trackers, and process documentation
Support process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction
Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
Monitor KPIs and support management reporting
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Support implementation of engineering and operational changes

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Required Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills are
REQUIRED:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPAdvanced formulas
Data analysis and reporting
Charts and dashboards
Ability to manage and analyze large data sets Excel proficiency is a critical requirement for this position.
Preferred Qualifications Internship or manufacturing experience preferred
Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement concepts
Familiarity with welding or stamping operations is a plus
