Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Gil-Mar Manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team.

1st shift:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:15 PM (Friday and Saturday with overtime opportunities).

• Perform maintenance on CNC machinery and other manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair CNC machinery issues.
• Diagnose and repair dials, presses, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Use CNC controls to diagnose repairs via ladder logic.
• Maintain mobile equipment, Hi‑Lo, and floor scrubbers; inspect oil levels and perform minor maintenance.
• Use preventive maintenance check sheets to conduct maintenance (grease, oil, belt inspection, etc.).

• Experience diagnosing and repairing CNC issues.
• Fanuc controls experience desired.
• Knowledge of hydraulic pumps and PLCs.
• Ability to use maintenance check sheets to plan and execute preventive maintenance.

• Industrial plant setting with continuous noise exposure.
• Safety protection required: safety shoes, ear protection, safety glasses.
• Overtime may be required.
• Continuous improvement mindset expected.
