STT - Electrician

Experienced Industrial Electricians Wanted We are actively seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician to support a fast-paced automotive manufacturing operation. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and plays a critical role in keeping production running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and controls.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and NEC code requirements.

Diagnose electrical issues using meters, test equipment, and schematics.

Troubleshoot and repair robots and stamping presses in a high-volume production environment.

Program and teach Fanuc and/or Comau robots.

Work with ladder/relay logic, DC drives, switch gear, transformers, and control panels.

Maintain and repair motors, generators, batteries, and hydraulic/pneumatic control systems.

Perform preventive maintenance and document all work according to company standards.

Respond quickly to breakdowns in a Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing environment.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

Qualifications Completion of an Industrial Electrician Apprenticeship Program.

Journeyman’s Card or equivalent (minimum 8 years of industrial experience).Strong experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.

Hands-on experience with robots, stamping equipment, and automated systems.

Solid knowledge of NEC codes, ladder logic, and DC drives.

Trade certification required.

Equipment & Systems Fanuc and/or Comau robots

Stamping presses

Grinders, mills, lathes, and other industrial equipment

Work Environment & Safety Union manufacturing facility

High expectations and accountability

Overtime and weekend availability required

Strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards

Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
