Description

Location: Oxford, MI (on-site)

At Warnke Precision Machining, you'll have the opportunity to own and improve the manufacturing processes behind highly complex components used in aerospace and defense applications. As an AS9100D-certified precision machine shop and subsidiary of Palladyne AI, we partner directly with major industry primes to deliver mission-critical hardware where quality, precision, and reliability are non-negotiable. From advanced 5-axis machining centers to hands‑on production support, our team takes pride in solving difficult manufacturing challenges and seeing our work contribute to systems that support national security and defense readiness.

We're looking for an experienced Process Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll drive process development from concept through production, creating manufacturing plans, optimizing workflows, designing fixtures, improving quality and efficiency, and supporting the successful launch of new products. As our business continues to grow, you'll have significant ownership, visibility, and influence over how work gets done—making a direct impact on both our operations and the customers who rely on us.
