Lansing, MI
Shift Hours1st and 2nd Shift
Responsibilities- Perform visual and manual inspections of automotive parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify, document, and report defects or non‑conforming materials to leadership.
- Conduct in‑process and final inspections throughout production, including pre/post assembly or welding stages.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications.
- Record inspection results in systems, logs, or quality reports accurately.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of quality experience.
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- A great attitude and attendance are a priority.
- Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
