The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Lansing that are seeking skilled Setup Technicians. Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents (e.g., blueprints, schematics)
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation
