Manufacturing Associate

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Use hand and calibrated tools to shape, finish, and inspect metal parts to meet precise customer specifications.

+ Operate machinery such as grinders, belt sanders, band saws, and drill presses efficiently and safely.

+ Complete detailed documentation to ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and uphold high standards of quality and safety.

* Qualifications:

*
* + High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in metal finishing, grinding, or related manufacturing tasks.

+ Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory.

+ Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

+ Ability to understand and apply written procedures, safety guidelines, and operational instructions.

+ Strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving processes.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

* + Weekly pay starting at $17.00 per hour, with shift premiums increasing pay to up to $ 19.55/hr.

+ Multiple shifts available:

+ 2nd

Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (+12% shift premium)

+ 3rd

Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (+15% shift premium)
