Set up, program, and operate vertical and horizontal 5-axis CNC machining centers to manufacture precision metallic components.;
Program CNC machines using Mastercam software to support complex machining operations.;
Review work orders, engineering drawings, blueprints, machining specifications, and GD&T requirements to plan machining operations.;
Perform machine setups, tooling selection, offset adjustments, compensation calculations, and program prove-outs.;
Verify setup accuracy through machine travel validation, head clearance checks, first-article inspections, and dimensional verification.
