Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Belt Coordinator to support the Rental Division. The Belt Coordinator is responsible for safely and accurately operating a conveyor belt that moves product (e.g., garments, floor mats, shop towels) within the plant and for cleaning the work area. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.
Skills/QualificationsWork Eligibility
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must adhere to attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
- Requires standing for most of shift.
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
- Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.
