Production Associate (Immediate interviews! $19.00-$20.50 hr.) Job Description

The Production Associate supports multiple stages of the manufacturing process by operating and tending equipment, inspecting products for quality, and handling materials safely.

Essential Skills Needed
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred, but the company is willing to train motivated candidates.
  • Ability to perform general labor and assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Basic machine operation skills or the ability to learn how to operate production equipment.
  • Ability to use or learn to use calipers (non-digital) accurately to take measurements and verify product specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail to identify defects, verify measurements, and ensure product quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift.
  • Reliability and strong attendance, with the ability to work 10‑hour shifts and additional overtime as needed.
  • Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment at all times.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in production, general labor, assembly, or packaging environments would be beneficial but not required.
  • Openness to training and learning new tasks, processes, and equipment.
  • Ability to work different shifts, including first shift (approximately 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) or second shift (approximately 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.), with flexibility for overtime.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00–$20.50/hr.
