Production Associate - Garment​/Linen​/Bulk Product Folder

Job Description

Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder position supports the Rental Division. Responsibilities include folding customer garment, linen, and bulk product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded items, preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery, and maintaining a clean work area. Compensation is on a performance-based incentive pay structure, rewarding the achievement or exceeding of production standards.

• Fold garment, linen, and bulk product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product accurately.
• Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed the established production standards.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Adhere to the attendance policy.
• Willing to work in close proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.

• Standing for the majority of the shift.
• Repetitive motions, including stretching, bending, turning, and reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a station for folding.
