** What You’ll Do
** As a Production Associate, you’ll be part of our Manufacturing team located in Chesterfield, MI. You’ll get to:
* General Plant Star knowledge.
* Understands and operates weight scale, boxing indexers, and automated baggers.
* Understands work orders.
* Visually inspects parts for various defects and occasionally required to instruct others in performing operations.
* Inform QA, Supervisors and Process Techs when issues arise.
* Labels and packages.
* Remove bins as they fill and contact Material Handler to move completed bins to Weigh Pack area.
* Extra checks on two shot molding jobs
* Restock supplies for the oncoming shift.
* Maintains housekeeping.
* Other duties as assigned.

* High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
* Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic form.
* Understand and follow written and verbal instructions when receiving assignments.
* 2+ years’ experience working in manufacturing.
* Basic computer skills
