- The Battery Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting battery packs and battery management systems (BMS). The role ensures battery quality, safety, and performance while following company procedures and safety standards.
- Assemble and test battery packs.
- Perform battery charging/discharging and inspections.
- Troubleshoot battery and BMS issues.
- Operate testing equipment and record results.
- Follow quality and safety standards.
- Support production and maintenance activities.
- Basic knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and BMS.
- Familiarity with electrical testing tools (multimeter, battery tester).
