Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintains the cleanliness of the work area. The Mat Roller then sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure;

achieving or exceeding the production standard for rolling mats earns additional compensation.
