American Rheinmetall is seeking a Blast Team Lead to oversee sandblasting and surface preparation operations in our Lansing-area facility. You will lead a team of blast operators, maintain quality and safety, and coordinate with production to keep parts moving on schedule.
You will mentor staff, manage daily priorities, ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 14001, and drive continuous improvement in processes, workspace organization, and overall efficiency.
