Production Associate - Mat Roller - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, placing them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintaining a clean work area. The Mat Roller then sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position is on a performance‑based incentive pay structure;

the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats and may receive additional compensation for exceeding those standards.

Work Eligibility:

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Work Expectations:

• Must adhere to an attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
