Sets up and operates the printing press to produce Pixies, Stik-Stakes, and other products as needed while following all quick change plans (SMED).;
Tracks part inventory and orders tooling as needed. Inventory track and order all tooling needs.;
Maximizes run speeds by identifying constraints and challenging operators;
Schedules machine priority as needed.;
Helps train and mentor new and seasoned operators.
