Top Side Marinas seeks a Detailer/Paint/Fiberglass II to join the shop team. The role reports to the Fiberglass Manager and requires performing gel coat repair, painting, epoxy work, and laminate tasks with emphasis on quality and safety.
Expect 5 days per week, 8 hours daily, with seasonal schedule changes as needed. The candidate should have up to 5 years of fiberglass repair experience, be able to read English work orders, and bring your own hand tools.
