Industrious Group is seeking an experienced CNC lathe operator to set up and run precision parts for our metalworking operations in Lansing, MI. You will interpret blueprints, select tools, and program basic toolpaths to meet tight tolerances.
This role supports engineering with on-time production, conducts in-process inspections, and collaborates with team members to maintain quality and safety. Shift: 2:00pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday; strong benefits and career growth opportunities.
