Morton Salt is seeking a Mill Supervisor to oversee the Mill and Loading operations, supervise hourly staff, and ensure safe, compliant production of salt for packaging and bulk resale.
You will coordinate production schedules, drive continuous improvement, manage logistics, and partner with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to maintain product quality and on-time shipments. The role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, leadership, and a commitment to GMP and safety.
