We are searching for a proficient Digital Media Specialist to join our client's team in Troy, Michigan. The role primarily involves managing digital media strategies, executing media ad buys, and overseeing the lead buying process, particularly focusing on lead generation within our industry. This role provides an excellent opportunity for those with a strong background in digital media and lead buying.
Our client is offering a long‑term contract employment opportunity with potential to move into a full‑time position.
- Develop and implement digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Oversee and optimize the lead buying process, ensuring the acquisition of high‑quality leads.
- Plan and execute media ad buys across streaming platforms and other digital channels to maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance data to refine digital media strategies and improve lead quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of digital media and lead generation strategies with broader marketing objectives.
- Manage digital media strategies and execute media ad buys across various digital channels.
- Analyze and interpret digital marketing analytics to drive lead generation and improve overall strategies.
- Utilize various tools such as Velocify, Lending Pad, Encompass to enhance digital ad buying strategies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of digital media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the effective implementation of digital media campaigns.
- Leverage expertise in digital ad buys, particularly on streaming platforms, to maximize lead generation and ROI.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Digital Media Specialist role or similar position.
- Proficiency in using digital media software and platforms like Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Facebook Insights.
- Extensive experience in planning, developing, and managing digital media campaigns.
- Demonstrated skills in database management and data analysis techniques.
- Proven ability in using digital media for lead generation.
- Excellent knowledge of media buying, planning, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of blogging and its role in branding and marketing.
- Familiarity with streaming media and its use in digital marketing.
- Ability to strategize and plan digital media campaigns effectively.
- Experience in using digital media tools for campaign planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills and data‑driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
