Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Linked In, and other relevant channels (including ABM campaigns against our target account list)
Own budget allocation and report on ROI, CAC, and pipeline contribution
Own website SEO optimization
Build and run testing frameworks across creative, targeting, and landing pages
Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure
Manage CRM and website integrations
Brainstorm with the Head of Marketing on content and brand to build high-converting campaigns
Manage vendor and agency relationships as needed (outsourcing is always second resort at Inbolt)
Lay the groundwork for a performance marketing team as headcount grows
Work alongside the sales team to generate the pipe required

What we are looking for4-7+ years in performance/growth marketing in a B2B scale up Track record owning paid media budgets and hitting CAC/pipeline targets
Strong with attribution, analytics tools, and testing methodology. Hands-on with Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, Hub Spot, and GA4.ABM experience is a real plus.
Comfortable being the first and only person on the function — self-directed, builder mindset before building a teamAI first mindset, comfortable using and building AI tools to increase your output and iterate faster
