Creator Partnerships Intern

Electro is a functional electrolyte chewing gum scaling fast across athletes, creators, and ambassadors nationwide. We work with college athletes, pro players in the NBA and NFL, and a growing network of Tik Tok creators and affiliates pushing the brand.

To be clear up front, this internship is unpaid. We're bringing on an intern to handle athlete relations and community management. You'll be the voice of our brand in athlete conversations and a key part of building our ambassador network.

• Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast.
• Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.
• Passion for sports, NIL, or athlete culture (preferred but not required).
• Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
• Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily.

• Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program.
• Reply to athlete DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
• Source Tik Tok and Instagram creators that fit the brand and add them to our outreach pipeline.
• Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates.
• Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message.
• Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly.
• Networking opportunities with college and pro athletes across major programs.
• Real-world experience in NIL, athlete management, and CRM operations.
• Hands-on exposure to a fast-growing sports nutrition startup.
