We’re looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Manager / Content Creator to grow our restaurant’s online presence through real, in-the-moment content
.

This is not a remote role — you must be in the restaurant capturing content during busy hours.

• Create and post content on Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook
• Capture real-time video/photos of food, guests, and team
• Post consistently (3–5 times per week)
• Respond to comments/messages and engage with followers
• Highlight promotions, events, and daily buffet offerings

Want more hours and income? You can also work server shifts to earn tips while gaining real experience that helps you create better content.

• Must be available some evenings and weekends
• Must work on-site during peak hours for content capture

• Employee (W-2): Hourly + optional serving shifts
• Independent Contractor (1099): Flexible structure (per post, per shift, or monthly)

• Comfortable filming in a busy restaurant environment
• Up-to-date on Tik Tok / Instagram trends
• Outgoing personality (not afraid to be on camera)
• Consistent, dependable, and self-motivated
• Restaurant experience is a plus
