Your role.

Plante Moran is looking for a qualified intern to join our Client Experience marketing team. The intern will work with our client experience team to gain hands on experience with administering client feedback surveys and analyzing survey data to inform our client experience. Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Support the administration and execution of firmwide client feedback and survey programs.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate projects and ensure a smooth client feedback process.
• Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing client feedback data to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Help prepare communications, resources, and instructions related to client experience initiatives.
• Support client onboarding and client experience improvement projects across the firm.
• Collaborate with partners, administrators, and other stakeholders to answer questions and support ongoing initiatives.
• Utilize CRM and other technology platforms to maintain data integrity and support reporting needs.
• Contribute to project management activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.

• Completion of three years of study in pursuit of aBachelor’s Degree in Marketingor related field
• Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
• Moderate degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to follow instruction and work as a team player
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of and interest in content marketing and social media

This is a non‑exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40‑hour work week.
