What You'll Do- Concept, write, and produce short-form video (Reels/Tik Toks), graphics, and copy designed to engage sports and tech audiences.
- Plan and launch multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive platform growth, increase brand awareness, and support revenue-generating efforts.
- Actively manage social interactions, field inquiries, and cultivate relationships with micro-influencers, student-athletes, and industry partners.
- Monitor weekly social metrics, track campaign conversions, and leverage data insights to refine outreach strategies.
- Track emerging trends in sports tech and entrepreneurship to pitch dynamic, culturally relevant content ideas.
- Strong interest in sports, sports technology, or entrepreneurship. Majors in Communications, PR, Marketing, or Business are typical, but all majors with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Ideally a Junior or Senior with prior internship, student leadership, or business experience. This role requires immediate initiative and is not intended as a first-time job.
- Strong preference given to student-athletes who demonstrate solid academic standing and strong time-management skills.
- $2,000 per semester stipend + commission tied to campaign results.
- Hours are fully flexible and project-based around deliverable milestones, structured to comfortably accommodate class and athletic schedules with one weekly team check-in.
