The Westside Venue Riv Kids Service Lead is the on-site staff lead of the Riv Kids ministry during the weekend service at the Westside Venue. They arrive before services to set up classrooms and registration space, they oversee volunteers during the service, and properly close up the service with necessary protocols. Their job ensures that our Riv Kids ministry is carried out by leading our volunteer team and makes any decisions that need to be made by staff on a given weekend (closing classrooms, volunteer support, etc.).

- Familiarity with Riv Kids technology and its usage during Riv Kids programming
