** Role Overview
** The Director of Development will lead fundraising efforts to ensure Miftaah’s financial sustainability and growth.

- ** Key Responsibilities
** Develop and execute fundraising strategy
Build and maintain donor relationships
Lead campaigns and sponsorship efforts
Track revenue and donor pipeline performance--
- ** Basic Requirements
** 4–7+ years in fundraising, sales, or donor relations
Proven ability to secure funding or close donations
Experience with CRM systems
Strong communication and relationship management skills--
- ** Preferred Qualifications
** Experience in nonprofit fundraising
Familiarity with zakat and sadaqah campaigns
