The Outreach Team in Lansing is seeking a Voter Registration Field Director to build an office from the ground up, train canvassers in the field, and lead by example to meet voter registration goals.
You will manage 20–50 paid canvassers, review daily data and payroll, promote equity and inclusion, and develop future leaders while ensuring a safe, high‑performing team.
