• Coordinate and staff the candidate's fundraising call time sessions, both in-person and remotely, ensuring daily and weekly targets are consistently met.
• Build and maintain a structured call time calendar, scheduling donor outreach and organizing the candidate's time efficiently.
• Prepare tailored call lists and donor briefing materials using campaign database tools (e.g., NGP, Act Blue).
• Track pledges and contributions, conducting timely follow-up with donors who have committed to giving.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the donor database, ensuring data integrity across all fundraising activities.
• Support the Finance Director in planning and executing fundraising events, both virtual and in-person.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and careful attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with donor management platforms such as NGP or Act Blue, preferred, but not required.
