Michigan Senate Democrats is seeking a Field Organizer to implement the field plan, coordinate with partners, and plan canvassing events across Michigan. The role includes prioritizing turf, setting goals, and managing volunteers and interns to drive voter outreach.
You will recruit and train volunteers, oversee canvassing schedules, and coach staff to achieve targets while maintaining strong writing and communications. Travel statewide may be required in a full-time campaign setting.
