Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Lansing, MI Join our team as a Locum CRNA and play a vital role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care at our Endoscopy Center. Your expertise will ensure smooth, safe procedures for adult and geriatric patients, performing MAC anesthesia during endoscopy cases with an average of 10-16 cases daily.

Required Skills:

Current CRNA certification and licensure in Michigan Proven experience in anesthesia, particularly with MAC procedures Ability to work independently and manage cases autonomously Strong clinical judgment and troubleshooting skills Proficiency with EPIC EMR or equivalent documentation systems Excellent communication and patient management skills Nice to Have

Skills:

Prior experience in endoscopy or outpatient anesthesia settings Familiarity with adult and geriatric patient populations Basic understanding of sedation protocols for endoscopic procedures Preferred

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice as a CRNA Previous experience working in autonomous or solo roles preferred Ability to credential within 60-120 days Other Requirements:
Must hold current state licensure and certification Reliable transportation for mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rates Must complete orientation, which is half of the hourly pay rate
