American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step-Down position at a Level 1 Trauma facility in Michigan, working nights with Epic EMR preferred.

• Step-down unit in a Level 1 Trauma hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract

• Active Michigan RN license required (compact licenses not accepted in MI)
• AHA certifications preferred (e.g., BLS, ACLS)
• Level 1 Trauma setting experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

• Epic training is provided during orientation for those without prior experience
• Pre-start modules are required and will vary by specialty
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
• Former core staff members must wait 12 months before returning
• Maximum of 5 days of RTO per assignment; all RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application
• First-time traveler acceptance varies by position
