Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:15 AMCompetitive pay based on experience and education

Starting Rates

LPN:
Starting at $33.20/hour

RN:
Starting at $40.20/hour

What You’ll Do Administer and document treatments and medications

Assess and monitor client health status

Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team Provide triage support and guidance to staff

Support quality improvement in rehabilitation care

What We’re Looking For Current Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license

Experience in rehabilitation, subacute, or long-term care preferred

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care
