Upcoming 24-bed Memory Care Community opening September 4:
Nurses will choose to work in either the new memory care building or the 72‑apartment assisted living community.

• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' symptoms or behaviors to the responsible party and physician.
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians regarding resident care.
• Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Communicate resident care updates to other healthcare professionals such as home health care and hospice.
• Maintain accurate resident medical records.
• Provide advice and emotional support to residents and their families.
• Administer resident medications and complete treatments as prescribed by residents' physicians safely and thoroughly within the 2-hour time frame.
• Efficiently use electronic medication administration records (QUICKMAR/Point Click Care).
• Supervise RCA care and activities in all neighborhoods.

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields, preferred in long-term settings.
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
• Ability to build rapport with residents, families, visitors, and all team members.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Proven attendance record.

Nurses and cooks must live within a 30-minute commute.

Pay Rate Minimum $26/hr for newer LPNs;
Pay Rate Maximum $31/hr for years of experience.
